We built what heavy
industry was missing.
Kelvanis was built by operators, not a software house. We spent careers inside heavy, regulated operations — oil and gas, mining, maritime — watching work run on disconnected systems, spreadsheets and email. So we built the platform we wished we'd had: designed by the people who have run the job, for the people who run it.

Every competitor in this space is a software company that built a platform and went looking for an industry. Kelvanis is the inverse — decades inside heavy, regulated operations, then the system that should have existed. We saw the same pattern everywhere we looked: a safety system, a maintenance system, a payroll system, a compliance folder — each capturing something, none of them talking to each other. When an auditor arrived or an incident occurred, the people who needed answers were building spreadsheets at midnight. Same problem, sector after sector. No good solution — until we built one.

We go deep on one sector at a time. Strata is not a generic field service tool — it understands ISO 45001 in a mine context, knows what a PTW workflow is, and builds audit evidence as a by-product of daily work. Every line earns its sector knowledge.
Evidence by default
Every action your team takes in the hub creates a timestamped, locked record. Compliance evidence is generated by the work itself — not filed separately the night before an audit. When the auditor arrives, the record is already complete.

Every hub is co-branded to the customer's identity. Your team sees your product. Kelvanis sits quietly underneath as the platform. The implementation is yours; the infrastructure, security and ongoing development is ours.
